Transforming Workplace Conflict Creatively
Elephant in Our Room
The biggest concern for any organisation should be when their most passionate people become quiet.
Tim McClure
The Elephant In Our Room team would like to acknowledge the challenges that are facing every member of our Australian community and international friends. We recognise our responsibility to promote social distancing policies to reduce transmission risks, particularly for vulnerable groups. All upcoming workshops have been indefinitely postponed. Elephant In Our Room will use this period of social distancing and self-isolation to research the short and long-term implications of the corona pandemic on our workplaces. We look forward to playing an important role in responding to these unique, transformative events. We wish all good health in these difficult times.
