Dr Siew Fang Law
Dr Siew-Fang Law loves drawing on her knowledge and skills in peace psychology, conflict resolution, mediation and community development to create more positive and engaging spaces for people of diverse lived experiences. An accredited mediator in Australia, experienced as a board member, researcher, facilitator and consultant. She has appointments as Associate Professor with several universities in Australia and overseas.
Dr Richard Barber
Dr Richard Barber has been working in music, theatre, conflict transformation and community development for three decades in Australia and South East Asia. Over a 15-year period working with the Makhampom Foundation in Thailand, he established new initiatives in social enterprise, creative approaches to conflict transformation, and founded the dialogue theatre method. He has been active in peace-building initiatives in Timor Leste, Aceh, Mindanao, southern Thailand, and Myanmar. He completed his doctorate in 2007, having taught at several universities, presented at numerous international conferences and seminars, and contributed to several publications. He maintains his passion for his artistic practice through his Melbourne-based Free Theatre collaboration with his partner and daughter.
